About Hayley…
Growing up, I was never entirely sure what I wanted to do when I did ‘grow up’, however the one thing I was certain about from a young age is that I wanted to travel the world.
So as soon as I could…I did!
Weeks after finishing my A levels, I was off to start my travels in Zambia and during the decade that followed, my travels took me through Zambia, Japan, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, France, Austria, New Zealand and many in between. I was lucky enough to spend extended periods of time in some of these countries and to work for a variety of industries whilst doing so. I truly did have the time of my life.
I met my partner travelling and we are now back in the UK living in the Peak District.
I have always had an immense passion for customer service. I get a thrill from helping people with their needs and not only delivering but leaving lasting impressions! My experience spans over various roles and levels in the travel industry both for larger tour operators and smaller independent operators, the events industry and also personal and group assistant work.
Although I am now the stillest I have been since leaving school, I still adore to travel and explore. I love being outside in the hills and discovering new places and I love adventure! Oh… and wine and chocolate too of course!
Peak Lifestyle Management has been born from my passion of living life to the fullest and never regretting anything in life because we are just ‘too busy’. Those words aren’t in my dictionary and I don’t want them to be in yours either. Life really is too short.

Helen joins us with over 15 years’ experience in recruitment and administrative roles. She manages a lot of our back office work here at PLM. In her spare time she loves running and being in the outdoors!

Rusty
Rusty is our office manager. He takes no messing around and keeps us all in check. He is often caught sleeping on the job and clock watching until dinner time.
His greatest office talent is paper shredding!
